Meat Thermometer
Whether your cooking chicken, lamb, pork or beef, this probe thermometer will help you know when your meat is cooked.
The dial indicates the meat type, how you like it cooked and in degrees from 60C/140F to 87C/190F
Instructions
1 - Just set the oven at 180C, insert the point of the thermometer stem at least 5cm into thickest part of the meat.
2 - Put the meat in the oven with the thermometer in place keeping the thermometer dial facing the oven door for easy reading.
3 - Then when dial pointer reaches desired temperature remove the roast from the oven.
