I would use this plate on top of the barbecue grill as an extension of the BBQ hot plate or use on top of the cooktop in the kitchen, the best thing about this Griddle you can take it to the table and serve from it - stays piping hot.

Make sure you put the grill on a heat resistant surface. When using on top of stove please ensure that your cook top is suitable and it will not damage it.

This product does need to be seasoned.
